Client Eligibility:

Trading Accounts:

2.1. You may open one or more trading accounts with Harimau Mint Capital, subject to our approval.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

2.3. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or access to your trading account.

2.4. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your trading account.

Trading Risks:

3.1. Trading in the foreign exchange market involves substantial risks, including the risk of loss of invested capital.

3.2. You acknowledge that you have sufficient knowledge and experience in Forex trading and understand the associated risks.

3.3. You agree that you are solely responsible for making trading decisions, and HMC shall not be liable for any losses incurred.

Deposits and Withdrawals:

4.1. You may deposit funds into your trading account through approved payment methods.

4.2. You acknowledge that HMC does not guarantee the availability or security of any particular payment method.

4.3. Withdrawal requests shall be processed following HMC's withdrawal policy and subject to verification procedures.

Trading Activities:

5.1. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding Forex trading.

5.2. HMC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or close any trade or trading account at its sole discretion.

5.3. HMC may impose trading limits, margin requirements, or other restrictions on your account as deemed necessary.

Prohibited Activities:

6.1. You must not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities while using HMC's services.

6.2. You must not manipulate prices, engage in insider trading, or engage in any other form of market abuse.

6.3. HMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be involved in any prohibited activities.

Intellectual Property:

7.1. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and logos, associated with HMC are the property of Harimau Mint Capital or its licensors.

7.2. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property of HMC without prior written consent.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

8.1. HMC collects and processes personal data following its Privacy Policy.

8.2. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information and consent to its collection and use by HMC.

Limitation of Liability:

9.1. HMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9.2. HMC's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to HMC in the preceding six months.

Termination:

11.1. Either party may terminate the client-broker relationship by providing written notice to the other party.

11.2. Terminating the client-broker relationship does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.

We provide various financial services, including but not limited to physical gold metal trading, digital gold saving accounts, digital gold convert accounts, digital gold asset enhancement, multi-asset enhancement, payment services, cityscape lifestyle products, copy trading, blockchain services, and IB & affiliates programs. 3.2. Availability:

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services. However, we do not guarantee the availability of our services at all times. We may temporarily suspend or limit access to our services for maintenance, upgrades, security enhancements, or other reasons.

Entire Agreement
