NFT (non-fungible token) real estate refers to the use of blockchain technology to represent ownership of a real-world property in the form of a digital token. These tokens are unique and cannot be exchanged for a similar item, unlike traditional fungible tokens such as cryptocurrencies.

Fractional tokenization allows for the ownership of a property to be divided into smaller pieces or fractions, which can be bought and sold independently. This allows more people to invest in a property, as they can purchase a fractional share rather than the entire property.

For example, an NFT real estate token representing a luxury apartment building could be divided into 100 tokens, each representing 1% ownership of the building. Individuals could purchase one or more of these tokens, giving them a corresponding percentage ownership in the building and the ability to participate in any decision-making or revenue-sharing associated with the property.

Overall, NFT real estate with fractional tokenization provides a new way to invest in real-world property, making it more accessible and liquid for investors of all sizes.
